Our Beginnings

My entire line of pointers is based on two wonderful dogs, Ponty and Powder.

Ponty was acquired from Luann Marr as one of Dr. Parker's last litters from his Truewithem lines.   His show career started at six months of age with a Best Puppy in Show award under Mr Hans Brunotte.  He ultimately went on to be a Best in Show winner under Mrs. Stella Loftus, fulfilling the promise he showed as a puppy.  He did whatever I asked of him including Obedience, Agility and was the first Pointer in Canada to get a Tracking title. He has gone to Rainbow Bridge but I will never forget him.

Can. Am. Ch. Harmony Lane Powder Keg "Powder" was sent to me from Anne Smith, recommended as a perfect match for Ponty.  Both of her Championships were accomplished by one year of age.  After a short specials career, she was bred, and gave me two wonderful litters.  These puppies became the basis for Nowwithem Pointers.      Gone but never forgotten, Powder has joined Ponty at Rainbow Bridge.
